Below 200

The day arrived.

I am below 200.

I can't remember the last time I saw a 1 for the first number on the scale.

I am so happy today. I'm not all about a number on the scale, but I'm all about this milestone.

I hope this blog will become a place where individuals who are considering having a weight loss surgery can come to learn about someone elses story. This will be about my journey to become more of the person I want to be by losing the weight I have been carrying around with me for almost 17 years. That's almost 2 decades. Incredible.
